window frame is soluted here as a weld of square pipes of 140 x 80 x 4.
The "X" view lays out the bolted connection of the window frame with the carrier construction.
The 13 mm diameter is an opening for the screw of M 12. The opening of 45 mm diameter is an auxiliary opening needed for the assembly of the steel frame.
